These crunchy jerky strips are made by slowly dehydrating hand-cut slices of wild Mexican devil fish caught by our team of artisanal fishermen. Our single ingredient treats are just that! Fish and nothing else.
The Mexican devil fish is invasive across Mexico and about a dozen countries around the world, decimating native fish populations. Each bite of our fish strips help restore the ecosystem!
Fish strips are similar in size and texture to dried minnows and smelt. Approximately 3 calories per fish strip. Each 2.8oz bag contains 1 lb of fillet (raw weight).

We currently work with the "devil fish" or armored catfish, lionfish and silver carp. We're based in Berkeley, CA with operations in Kentucky as well as in Mexico, Belize and Panama.
